Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Kerry O'Brien Ltd.
Please submit your order by completing the details required on the order form.

All prices are in Sterling and include VAT and delivery to mainland Britain please note all off shore islands including the Isle of Wight, Eire and all BFPO addresses are excluded. We will acknowledge acceptance of your order via Email as soon as is practicable and clarify any points arising.

Payment
All orders and transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will contact you. Any charges already incurred will be refunded.

Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000. Right to cancel.
You have the right to cancel any order up to the delivery date and there after within 14 days of the date we deliver the products to you. In the event of a cancellation after delivery, we will collect the goods or arrange for their collection at a mutually agreeable time. Having collected the goods and ascertained that they are undamaged we will refund your payment.

Complaints
If you have any complaints or comments about the products or services supplied to you, please contact us immediately.

Descriptions
It should be borne in mind that timber products can vary in grain, pattern, shade and colour and variations between products should be accepted.

General
We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement or failure to perform due to civil commotion, riots, floods, fire, drought or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for 12 months against all manufacturing defects. If a defect occurs within this time we will replace the effected part free of charge.
